Starting a Child Care Business
I want to encourage you to take some time and write down your vision:
- Get a poster board and map out what you see for the business
- Where do you want to start the business
- Get the wisdom you need to get started.
- Create an action plan!
Expanding a Child Care Business
- Write your vision for the expansion. For example: Why do you want multiple locations?
- Have you written a business growth plan?
- Do you have systems in place that you can easliy duplicate?
- Have you decided how you will fund the expansion?
I know what it is like starting a childcare business and expanding. In fact, I have done it multiple times and I know that with a strategic plan, mentoring and lots of focus, it can be done.
