If you really want to know how you did this year, it’s time to get your parents feedback!
Simply create a survey form for parents to complete and request that they return the form to you before the new year.
Here are some sample survey questions:
- What is it that you love the most about our Child Care program?
- What would you like to see improve in 2016?
- Do you feel that our team is competent? yes or no ( if no, please explain
- Would you refer other families to us?
- Do you fee that your child is safe in our care? Yes or no (if no, explain)
- On a scale of 1-to-10 with 10 being excellent care and 1 being poor care; how would you rate our program? 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 (circle one please)
Take about 15-20 minutes, create your parent survey and issue the survey to your parents soon!
