- Read Leadership Books (I recommend Developing the Leader Within You by John Maxwell)
- Develop Your people skills. Work on Your interpersonal skills. Get to know your staff and your parents. Show them that you care.
- Intentionally develop your staff. Invest in your Staff by Mentoring and Training them to be their best.
