💡 This’s Week’s Child Care Business Boost Tip:
Happy Monday, this week I want to inspire you to listen to an audio book that inspires you to be a better leader. I listen to books on audible in my car and as I get ready for my day, it shapes my thinking and helps me to stay inspired as a child care business leader.
📣 Enrollment Tip:
The internet is the new phone book, and it is vital that you post on social media daily. Parents go online when they look for childcare and the more that you post, you will be easy to find in google searches. Don’t know where to start?
Simply take photos of the classroom activities and share on your childcare business Facebook and/or Instagram page. I have seen an increase in page view the more that we post online.
👩🏽💼 Leadership Tip:
Be sure that your staff know that you notice what they do by giving them positive feedback daily. When you constantly point out what your team is doing wrong, they feel belittled. So be sure to balance the feedback and share more positive feedback than negative.
