In fact, when there are not enough children in a childcare business, the business will struggle financially and I know firsthand that when there are not enough children in a childcare business, there is not enough money to pay the staff and all the bills.
However, when there are plenty of children, there is plenty of money to pay the bills and thrive as a business.
Today I want to inspire you to get focused on setting enrollment building goals and attracting families to your Child Care Business, to assure that you are building a thriving childcare business.
In fact, if you set your goals, focus on your plan, I am confident that you will attract what you desire… more children!
I want to encourage you to give it a try.
- Take some time to write down your enrollment goals for each age group, set your intentions.
- Write a clear marketing plan.
- Post it where you will see it and get ready for your goals to manifest.
Goals are like magnets 🧲 and if you fail to set enrollment goals, it could literally be a life-or-death situation for your childcare business.
Moreover, I want to encourage you to be intentional about the words that you speak over your Business. In fact, if you speak growth and increase, it has been my experience that is what you will have!
