In fact, I have found that we get what we expect. So, here are a few things that you can do to assure that your year is off to a successful start:
- Prepare those enrollment packets and expect new children to come
- Expect great staff to join your team.
- Get organized and remove anything that no longer belongs in your facility.
- Set your intentions about building a successful child care business.
- Read a new business book and get inspired for a brand new Business year.
- Require your staff to complete a professional development plan and take new trainings this year.
- Make over classrooms and give it a new look
- Update your website and add new content.
- Expect to have a successful year!
