I was browsing through my Facebook memories and I came across this photo of me dancing with some children in my first childcare center.
As I look back at the photo that was taken 18 years ago and at that time I was wearing many hats and struggling as a leader.
In fact, I was the Center Director, the van driver, I was the 2-year-old teacher and sometimes the cook. I was also struggling with managing staff.
What I did not know at that time was what God had prepared for the business and I’m so glad I didn’t quit.
Humble beginnings prepare you for your next level and if you quit too soon, you will miss your Harvest.
