My Heart’s Desire For You

On September 29, 2023, I celebrated my 50th Birthday and that was truly an exciting birthday. In fact, I celebrated my birthday with family and friends around me red carpet style.

Most of all, I was intentional about how I celebrated my birthday because I wanted to celebrate such a milestone in a Big beautiful way.

As you can see in the picture, I was so excited, and my heart was full of Joy. In fact, that day, I decided that I wanted to do more of what brings me Joy!

Coaching others to success bring me so much joy and fulfillment and I am writing this blog post to inform you that I am here for you, and I want to see you build the business of your dream.

My coaching calendar is open again with very limited slots, however, if you are having any challenges in your business or simply need a mentor to hold you accountable, I am here for you.

Enrollment Building Goal Setting Inspiration!

According to The 2023 Child Care Management Software Industry Trends Report, only 58% of Centers are filled to capacity.

As a center owner? I believe that trend is truly a realistic statistic. In fact, I can honestly say that since 2020, I have seen a demand for childcare, however due to a lack of staff, we were forced to establish a waiting list, which had a major impact on enrollment.

Furthermore, now that I am fully staffed, I am working on enrollment building. If you are fully staffed and you are in that 58% of centers that or not filled to capacity, I believe this blog post is for you.

Today I want to inspire you to get focused on setting enrollment building goals and attracting families to your Child Care Business.

In fact, if you set your goals, focus on your plan, I am confident that you will attract what you desire… more children!
