If you want something different, you have got to do something different. Take a moment and think of one thing that you would like to do differently in your Business in 2016.

What is it? Write it down , leave your comment below and give it a try. You just may discover that you will get different results in 2016.

Doing things the same old way all the time, can be your worse enemy in Business. However, doing something new, will breath new life into your Business!

Day 28: Your Healthy Living Plan for 2016 #FinishStrong

Are you guilty of taking better care of your Business than you take care of yourself?  If so, I’ll be the first to admit : I’ve been guilty of neglecting my health and I paid for in medical expenses and many stressful days!!

However,over the years; I have learned how to relax more and eat healthy. In fact, I believe that if you want to enjoy your Success to the fullest, you must develop a yearly Healthy Living Plan.

Here are a few suggestions:

  • Drink plenty of water
  • Buy a Healthy living magazine at least once a month
  • Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep at night
  • Plan regular massages (Helps rid the body of anxiety and relieves stress)
  • Get at least 20 minutes of exercise everyday

Have a Healthy 2016!!
