You have worked hard all year-long. In fact, you have served families, trained employees, cared for children and have been dedicated to building a Successful Business all year-long.

Now it’s time to take a day and pamper yourself!

How about planning a spa day before 2015 ends? Spend a day pampering yourself! This could be your special treat just for you!

Be sure to save the receipt from your massage service, because massages are tax deductible.

Day 11: Get Parent Feedback #Finishstrong

If you really want to know how you did this year, it’s time to get your parents feedback!

Simply create a survey form for parents to complete and request that they return the form to you before the new year.

Here are some sample survey questions:

  1. What is it that you love the most about our Child Care program?
  2. What would you like to see improve in 2016?
  3. Do you feel that our team is competent? yes or no ( if no, please explain
  4. Would you refer other families to us?
  5. Do you fee that your child is safe in our care? Yes or no (if no, explain)
  6. On a scale of 1-to-10 with 10 being excellent care and 1 being poor care; how would you rate our program? 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 (circle one please)

Take about 15-20 minutes, create your parent survey and issue the survey to your parents soon!
