Inspirational and Empowering Child Care Business Owners To Build Successful Child Care Businesses

I have one question to ask you and here it is: Have you been focused on the goals that you have set for 2024? If your answer is yes, keep reading, if your answer is no, I want to encourage you to think about what is hindering you from accomplishing your business goals.

A goal is simply a dream until you put some action to it. However, I know first-hand that sometimes we get distracted or even discouraged and it may take longer for your goals to manifest.

I love to share my personal experience in the business of childcare to motivate my blog followers, not to brag, but to motivate! If you have been following me for at least three years, you may already know that I opened a new center in Atlanta Georgia on August 16, 2021. This year, my Georgia center will be 3-years old, and I decided to set a goal to see the facility reach its highest enrollment capacity.

when we opened the center, things started off a little slow, because we were still in the midst of global pandemic, and it seemed like the enrollment didn’t start to increase until 2023. However, I am thankful for the assistance of grants and other funding. The funding that we received helped us to stay afloat, however, that funding ended in the fall of 2023 and the center has been stabilized.

Since the first week of January 2024, I along with my center Director have been focused on enrollment building and we have seen nothing less than an increase in enrollment. I truly believe that we are manifesting the goal of reaching our full enrollment potential because of one simple thing: WE HAVE BEEN FOCUSED!

When your childcare business is at a breakeven point, you can operate without the help of grants or loans and being filled to capacity will literally put you in a space of being self-sustaining. This is why I decided to set the goal to focus on reaching our full capacity this year. We have the staff and all we need to do is FOCUS!

On my Journey as a Childcare Business Owner, I have reflected on the power of focus, and I must say that you can accomplish anything if you would just get focused.

Furthermore, I want to say that I am already more than halfway to seeing my Atlanta location reach its full enrollment capacity, because that is what we have been giving more attention to than anything else.

What are your goals? Have you been manifesting what you desire for your childcare business? Please feel free to share your goal manifesting progress by leaving a comment below or simply by replying to this email if you are a subscriber of the Childcare Business owner Insitute blog.

Remember, Stay focused and nothing will stop you from seeing your goals manifest!
