It’s time to double your power and your personal effectiveness!

In fact, if you do not learn to effectively manage your time, you will easily become burn out and will be not be able to effectively mange your business.

The Top “2” Time Wasters of all:

  1. Social media
  2. Reading Email

We are living in the social media and study shows that people are spending more and more time online. However, I have found that spending too much time online can take you away from what is important.

My suggestion to you is for you to plan a certain time everyday that you dedicate to marketing your business online, reading email and for learning new information.

Furthermore, I suggest that you review my  Online marketing plan e-book to find out how you can effectively market your Business Online utilizing free social media tools. Those tools will allow you to schedule your post ahead of time and spend the rest of your time running your Business!

I want to inspire you to evaluate how you spend your time; do more of what you love or High-Pay off tasks, delegate low pay- off tasks and start taking control of your time. Most of all, start getting some results!

Here are some examples of what I define as High-Pay Off and Low-Pay Off task

10 Fun and Enriching Fall Curriculum Theme Ideas!

A Theme idea for every week in the Fall”

Are you in the process of planning your curriculum topics for the fall? Don’t know where to start? Let’s start with selecting your themes!

Having a theme based curriculum is a great way to encourage the children to really get involved in the learning activities. In fact, having a theme helps to make the planning process much easier. Moreover, Fall is approximately 12- weeks long and in this blog post, you will find a theme idea for every week of the fall season.

Moreover, I have implemented a theme based curriculum for about 11 years and I have discovered that children love to have fun while learning,  especially if there is a fun educational theme.

Before I share the following theme ideas with you, I want to share this with you……Your Curriculum theme should be visible in your learning environment and this includes the: block, reading, science, dramatic play, music sensory and manipulative areas/centers.

If your home daycare does not have centers, I suggest that you discover how to create centers in the Family Home Child Care Empowerment Club! The first week is free and introduces you to centers. Join now!
